Unsurprisingly, the subject matter of this blog is – Big Data, and the law. Here that will be a broad topic that includes the people and technology that make Big Data possible, useful and relevant, the business of Big Data, the effects of all of the foregoing, and problems arising with all of the foregoing. Legal topics subsumed therein include contract law, intellectual property law, privacy law, international law, ethics, government regulation and among others. Policy matters will also be discussed.
